How can I contact you?

If any of your questions do not show up here, please feel free to email us at info@epichibox.com!  We will try and respond within 36 hours, but if you do not receive a response by then, contact us through any of our social media platforms and we will be sure to answer.

Where does your name come from?

Please check out our 'About Us' section for more information on that.

Do you guys sell subscription boxes?

No, not at this time. We don't want you to deal with the hassle of cancelling a subscription by a certain date and we believe that you should be able to buy as many different kinds of boxes you want at any time!  Also, one-time boxes are much better and easier to give as gifts. *wink*

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, but shipping costs may vary from country to country.

How long will it take until I get my order?

We typically ship out boxes 1-2 days after an order is placed, and from there shipping can take up to 1 week within the United States depending on your distance from Boston.  Shipping to other countries can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Is there a way to get my order sooner?

We are still in the process of working out shipping costs and such for faster shipping methods, but drop us an email and we can try to work something out!

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address, how can I fix it?

Please double check your Order Confirmation email for the correct shipping address.  If you find that it is incorrect, please email us immediately to notify us the change in address.  In the email Subject Line please provide us your order #, (e.g. Order #13242 - Append Address. )  However if you e-mail us after we have already shipped the box we cannot do anything to rectify the situation. 

I'm having issues putting my order through, can you fix it?

If you are having issues with our website please email us or contact us through social media and we will do our best to answer immediately and get your order through.

I didn't get a confirmation email, did my order still go through?

Please check your spam box first, but if you still do not see your confirmation email, send us a message with your name and order # and we will check for you.
